The has been several major developments to LB 701. 

The way the Legislative process works is the original LB 701 (a) is still the official document.  Amendments to that document are recorded as proposed amendments.  The Natural Resources Committee will work on the various amendments and come out with a Committee amendment.  The Committee has introduced amendment 872.  The Committee can still change this amendment.  In fact, most members of the Committee have not seen the amendment yet.
