It is best to go directly to the web site these pictures were taken from.  There they have a detailed description of the concept they are presenting.  It is a very well done site and very informative.  The State of Kansas is to be commended to for the work they have done and the open information policy they have.  It would be very nice if Nebraska would adopt a similar policy.
